Hanazono Elementary School, Shinjuku-ku
2015/7/3
We provided support for 6th-year science classes at Hanazono Elementary School, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, by bringing in our Tabletop Electron Microscope(TM3030) on July 3, 2015.
We had got the pupils to prepare samples to use in the class ahead of time. After they had observed potato starch and the stems and leaves of garden balsam using optical microscopes, they were able to use TM3030 to magnify them even further, allowing them to observe their structures.
The pupils were also able to see other samples close-up, and got so engrossed in the class they were constantly calling out in amazement.
