Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science Shanghai held a parent-child electron microscope experience session for 18 employees' children on Friday, August 11th.
First, the children were exposed to the microscopic world by observing familiar things like hair and the insects they had caught.
Next, through a lecture on biomimicry technology, the children understood that electron microscopes contribute to everyday life.
The children made comments such as ``Science is so interesting'' and ``I'm glad I came to the company where my parents work.''
