  3. Hitachi Instrument (Suzhou), Ltd., Biodiversity Preservation Activities - Cherry Tree Planting

Hitachi Instrument (Suzhou), Ltd., has been involved in biodiversity conservation efforts in their company premises and the surrounding area since 2021. As part of these efforts, on Monday April 11th, volunteer employees took part in volunteer planting activities on the company grounds.

COVID-19 restrictions have made it difficult to gather large numbers of volunteers together. In the same way as last year, Somei-Yoshino cherry trees were planted in the area around the warehouses on the company grounds.

These activities are part of a 3-year plan concluding next year.
Through these activity, we increase the greenery around the company grounds and deepen our understanding of the importance of biodiversity conservation activities.
