Please accept our sincere thanks for using Hitachi High-Tech Science (formerly SII NanoTechnology Inc.
(SIINT)) thermal analyzer for a lengthy period of time.
While we make significant efforts to prolong the useful life of our instruments and ensure that customers get good value for their purchase, increases in parts prices and the lack of availability for spare parts have now made it difficult for us to meet those needs.
We have provided parts and maintenance support for as long as possible on the EXSTAR6000 line.
Due to the aforementioned conditions, maintenance support and parts sales for this series of thermal analysis instruments will be terminated as of November 2019 (February 2020 for the DMS6100).
Please consider the purchase of a new, upgraded instrument from Hitachi. *The TA7000 series features better sensitivity than the EXSTAR6000 line, and it supports measurement techniques not possible on earlier models.
