LaChromUltra II C18
High durability and pressure resistance enable performance. The LachromUltra II C18 columns enable both ultrahigh-speed analysis and ultrahigh-resolution analysis.
The LaChromUltra II columns are packed with composed material comprised of organic-inorganic silica, providing improved physical and chemical durability over that of conventional silica gel particles.
To maximize the high-pressure performance inherent to UHPLC, a 250-mm-long column with 1.9-µm particles has been added to the product lineup.
Features
The physical and chemical durability of organic-inorganic silica is improved over that of conventional silica, acieving high-pressure tolerance. Based on the performance, a 250-mm-long column has been added to the product lineup.
The high-resolution columns with theoretical plate number 50,000 fully work in the application of relate- compound analysis, multicomponent analysis, and more.
Furthermore, by connecting 2 pieces of 250-mm columns, ultrahigh resolution can be achieved with theoretical plate number 100,000.
