Information Disclosure Policy
This report is issued with the objective of providing the Hitachi High-Tech Group’s stakeholders with a better understanding of our basic stance on sustainability, the results of our activities in FY2022, and future plans. In terms of disclosure, we post comprehensive information related to our sustainability activities on the Group’s website, centered on three main topics the Group considers most important: “Environment,” “Social,” “Governance,” and “Materiality.” When publishing the results of activities, a report is made to the Sustainability Promotion Committee, which is chaired by the CEO and consists of members from management.
Scope of Reporting
This report centers on activities from the target period of FY2022 (April of 2022-March of 2023). However, it also contains some content from other periods.
The scope of the environmental activity reporting includes business sites that are consolidated on April 1, 2022.

When just referring to Hitachi High-Tech Corporation, this report uses “Hitachi High-Tech,” etc. When referring to the entire Hitachi High-Tech Group, it uses “the Hitachi High-Tech Group,” “the Group,” etc.
