The cryogenic microscopy is one of techniques to allow direct observation of water containing specimen by SEM. This picture is a crystal ice on polymer gel surface observed at -100°C. It reminds us vivid lives in tropical seabed. Shall we take a walk through the fantastic coral walk way.
