Cristal Flower Carpet
This figure shows the in-situ SEM image of amorphous InSiO thin film specimen on heating inside the chamber. Channeling contrast which shows crystallization started to appear from 350°C. The crystalline region spread with time and finally covered whole area. The crystal which appeared in a moment in an empty space created the contrast pattern picture just like a flower-patterned carpet.
